This role involves leading a team that plans and coordinates high-level strategies for naval intelligence, ensuring they align with broader national security goals and departmental priorities.
The job requires analyzing complex policy issues, creating executive-level communications, and advising on program implementation to achieve organizational objectives.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE OF CHIEF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE of OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY.
This position is the head of the Commander's Action Group (CAG).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of national security strategy, defense and foreign policy processes, international relations theory.
Knowledge and experience executing the Programming Budgeting and Execution System (PPBE). Ability to develop and design executive quality communication and policy documents, briefings, and visuals.
