Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Contract Management Office of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.
GS-12- Your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Experience in applying knowledge of government travel card program, principles and practices; (2) Examining, verifying, validating, reconciling, and interpreting government travel card data, reports, etc.; (3) Displays knowledge and interprets legislation, policies, and regulations; and determines requirements governing the government travel card program; (4) Performs reviews and audits related to the government travel card program; (5) Effective written and oral communication skills.
