This role involves supporting a naval research division by managing budgets, tracking contracts and expenses, handling procurement with other agencies, and advising on human resources and administrative matters to keep operations running smoothly.

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Office of Commanding Officer, Code 180200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-03 pay band or GS-11/12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Developing indirect and/or direct budgets in a revolving fund environment including the ability to project expenses; 2) Tracking expenses for multiple major and small contracts for both internal to NRL and external (i.e.
NAVFAC/USACE) execution agents; 3) Preparing and tracking Procurement with Other Government Activities (POGAs); and 4) Advising and coordinating areas of Human Resources, including Contribution based Compensation System (CCS), personnel actions, employee development and disciplinary actions.
