This job involves supervising low-risk female probationers and parolees by conducting assessments, creating case plans, and coordinating support services to help them succeed while ensuring public safety.
You'll work with clients, courts, and agencies in a team setting, handling reports and group sessions, often with some evening hours.
It's ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and enjoys making a positive difference in people's lives through guidance and accountability.
Schedule will be determined by supervisor due to maintaining the efficiency of governmental operations.
Flexible, five, eight-hour days Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and one evening per week required.
Group facilitation is required and may require evening hours. Duty Day Friday core hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Days off are Saturday and Sunday.
