Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking a Family Practice Physician to serve at Newton Correctional Facility.
The successful candidate will provide services that would be offered in a typical outpatient primary care setting such as a physician, well visits, chronic disease management, sick call and minor procedures, i.e. suturing.
Emergent case can be referred to an outside acute hospital setting.
