Base salary range: $33,878 - $44,042

You will serve as a PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Security Division, Business Operations & Transformation Office of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processing and tracking security clearance paperwork and background investigations; 2) Handling and protecting classified information up to the Top Secret level according to security procedures; 3) Applying security rules to daily tasks, including assisting with continuous vetting and official requests; and 4) Performing security checks and managing building access to ensure all protocols are followed.
