Full Job Description

You will serve as a PERSONNEL RESEARCH PSYCHOLOGIST in the TALENT MANAGEMENT CENTER OF EXELLENCE (TMCoE) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing analytical and programmatic material to support organization's recommendations; 2) Leading/evaluating research proposals and products to identify support requirements and soundness of proposed programs; 3) Ensuring contracted work supports the overall program strategy; 4) Providing input on annual and multiyear long-range works plans and schedules.

  • You will serve as Personnel Research Psychologist and coordinate with TMCOE Program leads to plan, manage, and execute the delivery of the Talent Management Center of Excellence (TMCoE) program.
  • You will lead and oversee the preparation of analytical and programmatic material to support organizational products and ensure the synchronization of research, information, evaluation, and integration of products.
  • You shall lead and evaluate research proposals and products initiated by TMCOE and conduct other analytical activities to identify support requirements and the soundness of proposed programs.
