This part-time job involves working in a state liquor store, helping customers find and buy alcohol products, handling cash transactions, and keeping the store stocked and clean.

Assist in receiving and storing merchandise.Processes transactions at a cash register, gives correct change and closes till at end of shift.Assists customers in finding products, making selections and purchasing items.Screens for intoxication, checks identification, and watches for shoplifters.Conducts regular and/or spot check inventories of merchandise, supplies, or equipment.Ensures that there is an adequate supply of materials available.
Orders, receives, inspects, and stores equipment, merchandise, commodities, materials, and/or supplies.Receives and fills liquor orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required.Maintains building(s) and/or facilities in a clean and orderly condition and/or removes snow from sidewalks and doorways, etc.
Additional Information APPLY IN PERSON AT THE STATE LIQUOR STORE OF YOUR CHOICE. SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON LOCATION.Work requires physical exertion.
May require the ability to stand; walk over rough surfaces; bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) in a recurring manner and/or for long periods of time.
