The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking to hire a full-time seasonal Park Maintenance Worker to perform semi-skilled construction and maintenance duties at Frances Slocum State Park.

In this role, you will perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, construction, and groundskeeping duties to support the daily operations of Frances Slocum State Park.
You will work independently or assist skilled trades staff, maintain park facilities and equipment, ensure safe and clean public spaces, and provide helpful service to park visitors.
Your work helps keep the park safe, functional, and welcoming for all who visit.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits.
The season runs from approximately March 2026 until November 2026 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay.
The employee will automatically be returned to employment approximately March 2027.
