This job involves preparing and painting aircraft, engines, and related equipment at a naval facility in California, including stripping old finishes, applying new paint, and following technical instructions.
It's a hands-on role in a production trades team where you'll work under supervisors to maintain military aircraft readiness.
A good fit would be someone with practical painting experience, especially with spray techniques, who can follow blueprints and collaborate well in a team setting.

The Screen-out for this position is performing the following tasks: Preparing aircraft, engines, group support equipment, or other similar equipment and components for finish; Stripping, painting, and processing of workload inducted into facility; Able to work well with others and take direction from Supervisors and Crew Leads; Familiar with and capable of performing spray paint work; Referencing paint related aircraft blueprints, sketches, technical directives, schematics, and manuals; Communicating effectively with paint shop management, shop artisans, and employees.
