This Outreach Specialist role involves connecting with vulnerable people in St.

The City of Saint Paul in Partnership with Ramsey County and Heading Home Ramsey is developing a new program called Familiar Faces.
The Familiar Faces program will serve unhoused individuals in Downtown and the surrounding area who are frequent utilizers of emergency response.
Familiar Faces will provide personalized, intensive support and service connections to address the unique needs of everyone within the "Familiar Faces" group. These positions are grant-funded.
Funding is available through May 2026 with anticipation of refunding.
Project PEACE is a gun violence intervention initiative led by the Office of Neighborhood Safety.
Using a targeted, evidence-based approach, it connects impacted individuals to community-led programs and wraparound support services.
Project PEACE was created as part of Saint Paul's Community-First Public Safety Commission to find community-driven solutions to violence. These positions are grant-funded.
Funding is currently available and in year 2027 with anticipation of refunding.
