Summary

This job is for an operations assistant at a bowling center on a U.S.

Full Job Description

This position is located at USAG Stuttgart - FMWR, Galaxy Bowling Center, Panzer Kaserne Stuttgart/Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

The first cut off date is 20 Jan 2026 and a referral list with qualified applicants will be forwarded to management for consideration.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: A minimum of 6 months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment.

Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Major Duties:

  • Performs “Hands-on” supervision of the program. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with hosting, front line service and other duties.
  • Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities.
  • Assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events. Ensures staff is following established procedures.
  • Helps control the guest flow and monitors operations. Ensures consistency in service to increase sales by performing table visits. Maintains order and harmony. As necessary, seeks assistance from military police, to control unacceptable behavior.
  • Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from guest checks. Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift.
