This job is for an operations assistant at a bowling center's restaurant on Fort Drum, where you'll supervise daily restaurant activities, ensure smooth service during busy times, and handle customer satisfaction along with basic admin tasks like managing cash and inventory.

This position is located at The Peak & Pine Plains Bowling Center. Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: six (6) months of experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member, AND good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, AND ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.
