Summary

This position is located at The Peak & Pine Plains Bowling Center. Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum.

We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of Soldiers and their Families by providing essential support services, including child and youth programs and a variety of recreational activities that directly contribute to Soldier readiness and well-being.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: six (6) months of experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member, AND good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, AND ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.

  • Provides hands-on supervision of all restaurant operations, occasionally assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking to set the pace and ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, recipes, and procedures, while also monitoring guest flow and service ticket times to maintain consistency.
  • Manages the guest experience by providing information, conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining order, seeking assistance from military police when necessary.
  • Handles administrative and financial duties, including overseeing cash and inventory, supervising employee timekeeping and performance reporting, and performing opening/closing security checks.
