Requirements

As the Office Specialist, you will:
  • Provide great customer service to both our internal and external customers with your friendly attitude and problem solving skills
  • Use your computer skills to complete a variety of assignments, such as data entry, generating sales reports, and cash register reconciliation.
  • Answer multiple phone lines with the greatest of ease
  • Welcome new assignments with excitement and flexibility
  • Applicant will be required to study and have knowledge of all fishing and hunting rules, regulations, and hunt dates

Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must) and general computer skills.
  • Must be able to easily navigate the Internet
  • Must have prior customer service experience
  • Must have prior experience with multi-line telephone system
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with others
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of hunting and fishing regulations
  • Knowledge of cash register operations and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to use office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, etc)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload

Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc.
