Requirements
As the Office Specialist, you will:
- Provide great customer service to both our internal and external customers with your friendly attitude and problem solving skills
- Use your computer skills to complete a variety of assignments, such as data entry, generating sales reports, and cash register reconciliation.
- Answer multiple phone lines with the greatest of ease
- Welcome new assignments with excitement and flexibility
- Applicant will be required to study and have knowledge of all fishing and hunting rules, regulations, and hunt dates
Qualifications
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must) and general computer skills.
- Must be able to easily navigate the Internet
- Must have prior customer service experience
- Must have prior experience with multi-line telephone system
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with others
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:- Knowledge of hunting and fishing regulations
- Knowledge of cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Ability to use office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, etc)
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
