Full Job Description

Under direct supervision of the Admin Coord. II,

  • Provide executive level of administration support to the Division of Security.
  • Assist with all aspects of human resource matters for divisional employees to include maintaining personnel files, leave and attendance reports, position descriptions, reclassify positions, employee evaluations, employee benefits, etc.
  • Acts as liaison to Recruiting and Employment Branch, enters vacancies in NeoGov.
  • Responsible for entering work orders, distributing supplies, receive, review and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepares letters, memos, reports as directed.
  • Assists with projects as required.
  • Acts as backup for purchasing and allied billing specialist when needed.

Requirements

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.


SCDC Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years related work experience;

  • Associates degree and 5 years related work experience;

OR

  • A high school diploma and 7 years related work experience in management of administrative work.

Qualifications

Knowledge is CRT and SCEIS is preferred.
