About the Position: This position is in Dir of Resource Management -Information Management located at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, California.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).

Major Duties:

  • Maintains oversight on varied functions of multiple training automation to produce a wide range of documents.
  • Performs various complex clerical duties to support, develops and devises reports for management capturing and extracting data from various sources.
  • Tracks and requisites training and education materials and services.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert to establish, update, and maintain office and training records of various types.
  • Maintains training and education file plans in accordance with regulations.
  • Develops methods for automating administrative, training and special reports using a variety of methods.
  • Coordinates and confirms locations and schedules training events and other resources while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office and training operations.
  • Serves as the coordinator and administrator on various programs to include Continuing Medical Education (CME).
