Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves providing administrative and customer service support to a maintenance team in a public works department, handling tasks like managing inventory, processing orders, tracking budgets, and coordinating training and personnel matters.
It's a hands-on role in an office setting focused on keeping operations running smoothly for community infrastructure projects.

Why it's a great opportunity: In this role you will provide general administrative and customer service support as part of the highly dedicated Planning and Public Works Maintenance & Operations Administrative team.
This is a vital role supporting a large division with high volume transactions for warehouse orders and data, inventory tracking, accounts payable, and labor, equipment, and material tracking.
Additional administrative duties will be for Commission support, the Adopt-A-Road program, Public Records Requests, and in-house training coordination, and providing high-quality customer service.

How to be successful in the role: Your success will come from utilizing your knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite programs, attention to detail, dedicated administrative support, and ability to provide high quality customer service.
