Classified-Exempt Position


Parks and Recreation/Cacapon Resort State Park Under supervision by the office manager (Supervisor 1), Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Park Ranger, the employee in this position will perform routine clerical tasks while staffing the park office at Cacapon Resort State Park.

Tasks may include answering the main park telephone line; providing information to park guests via telephone, email or in-person; sorting and filing documents; typing routine letters, forms, and reports; sorting and distributing mail; placing orders for supplies and merchandise; counting daily revenue receipts and preparing deposits; preparing and completing revenue and budget reports; preparing weekly timesheets; running of RoomMaster, POS, CampLife, and DaySmart reservation systems to record sales of season passes, rentals, fees and gift shop items.

Performs related duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications
