Key Requirements

- Associate degree in nursing plus seven years of full-time paid experience as a registered nurse, including three years in administrative or supervisory roles
- OR Baccalaureate degree in nursing plus four years of full-time paid experience as a registered nurse, including two years in administrative or supervisory roles
- OR Master's degree in nursing, nursing administration, public health, or related field plus three years of full-time paid experience as a registered nurse, including one year in administrative or supervisory roles
- OR Baccalaureate degree in health sciences or behavioral sciences plus five years of full-time paid experience as a registered nurse, including one year in administrative or supervisory roles
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct nursing activities while ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Experience in public health nursing programs or hospital nursing departments

Qualifications
Training: Successful completion of an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or a diploma nursing program and seven years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a registered professional nurse, including three years in an administrative capacity or in supervising other registered professional nurses.OR
Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited four year college or university and four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a registered professional nurse, including two years in an administrative capacity or in supervising other registered professional nurses.
OR
Master's degree in nursing or nursing administration or in public health or public health administration from an accredited four-year college or university and three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a registered professional nurse, including one year in an administrative capacity or in supervising other registered professional nurses.
OR
