Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as a nursing assistant in a psychiatric hospital, helping patients with mental health issues by providing daily care, ensuring a safe environment, and supporting their basic needs under the guidance of nurses.

No prior certification is needed, but a willingness to learn and complete training is key.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (Non-Certified)/Behavioral Health Assistant who is motivated to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve long-term wellness.

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds; ability to stand, walk, reach, pull, push, stoop, bend and climb at least two (2) or three (3) flights of stairs.
Ability to tolerate noise level and circulate in patient areas for long periods. Able to work beyond scheduled hours as required to meet safe staffing standards/regulatory requirements.
Ability to work with patient behaviors.
