We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working with servers, networks, and cutting-edge tools.
In this role, you’ll install and maintain Datacenter/WAN/LAN infrastructure, and manage systems like Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Citrix, antivirus software, and more—keeping our critical technology running smoothly.
You’ll troubleshoot network issues, fine-tune system performance, and make sure users have secure access to the tools they need.
From supporting local and wide area networks to enhancing digital communication systems, your work will have a real impact every day.

The Work Hours
Full-time court employees are currently scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

The Alaska Court System is an EEO employer and proudly promotes diversity.
Three years of professional experience in networking, information technology analysis and troubleshooting, system maintenance, computer hardware and software installation and maintenance, network utilities and services, and database management; one year of which MUST be in Microsoft-based network operating systems.
Substitution:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field may substitute for two years of non-specific professional experience.
OR
A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certificate or relevant certification may substitute for one year of non-specific professional experience.
