Key Requirements

- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS and IOS-XE interfaces
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for network configuration and connectivity issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills for end-user support
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Network+ certification preferred
Full Job Description
Manages applications and systems related to deployment, configuration, patching and monitoring of network devices. Troubleshoots network configuration and connectivity problems. Performs backups of configuration and data for network systems, and monitors network performance, security and logs. Provides end user support for network access. Assists with network hardware and network system installation and configuration. Performs other duties as necessary.
This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Beltline Campus.
