Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.

Required Qualifications: The selected candidate will be expected to: Evaluate and develop first-line supervisors, a senior analyst, and an executive officer; provide substantive feedback to include career development counseling and skills development; serve as a substantive supervisory and analytic resource, teaching and guiding team chiefs; delegate responsibilities and empower employees to make decisions.
Work with the Group Chief and other Deputy to shape and implement the vision of the group, which is focused on maximizing customer impact, serving as a leader in creativity and innovation, developing the workforce, and cultivating high morale.
Leverage your experience to serve as a corporate resource, contributing outside your group to the broader DI, NCTC, ODNI, and IC.
Help drive the group's analytic program, ensuring that products incorporate the highest IC tradecraft standards and capitalize on NCTC's unique data accesses and tools.
Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and highly qualified workforce.
Ensure personnel are appropriately challenged, rewarded, and given the support, tools, training, and opportunities they need to develop and succeed.
