What You Will Be Doing
Under the guidance of the DMV Program Manager, this role leads a team of ten customer service representatives, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
You'll play a key role in upholding state and federal regulations by researching and taking action on driver’s license privileges, including commercial and non-commercial cases.
This position also provides opportunities to educate field offices, law enforcement, legislators, and the public on licensing actions and the commercial driver program.
