You must meet all qualification requirements by the respective cut-off day of rating to be eligible for consideration. Major Duties:

This is an entry level position. The duties listed below are at the full performance level and vary by location. All Grade levels MAY NOT be available at all locations.

Retrieves, processes, and ensures medical charts are complete with proper identification. Dispatches records to designated clinics.

Files internal/external loose documents received daily to ensure continuity of care. Performs monthly chart audits for misfiled records.
