As a Mechanical Engineer Consultant, you will serve as a Mechanical Engineer Consultant responsible for the technical development of mechanical design solutions and facility programs supporting the PA National Guard and Office of Veterans’ Affairs.
The employee is responsible for developing guidelines and procedures for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design, facility operations and maintenance plans, building commissioning, building management systems, and energy management to reduce operation and maintenance (O&M) costs, conserve energy, and promote a desirable working environment.
The employee also serves on the DMVA energy team.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 4 days out of 10 days.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Annville, PA. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
