Performs a full range meat cutting, weighing, and measuring task to prepare beef and pork for cooking at Texas Roadhouse. 2. Operates the beef saw, pork saw boning table, and trimming table grinder. 3.
Cleaning and sanitizing any equipment and workstation area used.
