Full Job Description

Provides tutorial instruction to students in Math courses (Algebra, Statistic, Calculus and Trigonometry). Maintains a high level of excellence in tutoring by communicating and interacting effectively with students. Completes the forms necessary for each tutoring session and enters each tutor session into the ASC Online Database.

This position is located at the Airport or Beltline Campuses in the Academic Success Center.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mathematics with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics. Recent experience tutoring or teaching college students in a diverse higher education environment.
