Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field.

Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. Major Duties:

  • Lead informational briefings to key leaders and stakeholders promoting integration of multiple divisions and cohesion within the Fort Bliss Community
  • Develop long and short range strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, reach targeted audience and promote products and services. Develop, oversee and analyze marketing campaigns that utilize social media and traditional methods.
  • Manage internal marketing staff and coordination with cross functional teams and divisions within the organization to met goals and metrics. Oversee Sponsorship and advertising contracts, social media and graphics development.
  • Develop and implement marketing budgets that support maximum return on investment, and projections for increase in Sponsorship and advertising contracts.
  • Oversee resource, manpower, and contract management to ensure timely services utilizing external contracted agencies.
