About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Office at Davis Monthan AFB.
This position is a Regular Part Time position with Benefits guaranteed 20 but may work up to 40 hours per week. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have clerical/office experience which provided knowledge of basic computer skills, copy and printing/cutting machines.
Understand basic concepts of advertising/marketing, material distribution, and promotional deadlines.
Interest in participating with data research, conducting surveys, event participation, collateral distribution, ad campaigning and social media development.
Familiarity with cameras (digital) is desirable. Excellent customer service skills are required. Must poses a current driver's license.
Subject to an irregular tour of duty to include occasional nights and weekends. Subject to a satisfactory completion of a Tier l Investigation (Tl ). Position of Trust.

" You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, assists with promoting the Force Support Squadron's (FSS) branding, publicity and event campaigns.
Assists in collecting and compiling measurable data for planning and developing strategic advertising campaigns for the MWR programs and events.
Able to assist with writing, designing and distributing a variety of marketing medias/materials, in order to increase base community awareness for the FSS activities, programs and events.
Supports the marketing departments needs in areas of office duties, data entry, conducting surveys, delivering support collateral, photography, special events, and limited design work.
Works closely with design team to create effective messaging for advertising campaigns and programs. Collects imaging/pictures for use with website, social and digital platforms.
Arranges bulletin boards, displays and exhibits at FSS facilities, functions and events. Performs other related duties as assigned.
