You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Applicants must have customer service or support experience and strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of web platforms, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with photography is highly desirable. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and frequently kneel or bend for photography, print production, and event support.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and interact with the public. Major Duties:
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising programs for the 99th Force Support Squadron; supports promotional activities across print, digital, and social media platforms; helps create, distribute, and maintain marketing materials including magazines, posters, banners, flyers, digital signage, and promotional displays; staffs Studio99 by providing customer service, scheduling assistance, and maintaining studio operations; conducts professional headshot sessions and provides event photography support for FSS programs and base-wide functions; organizes, edits, and archives digital photo assets; supports Studio99 Print Shop operations by receiving print requests, preparing files, tracking jobs, and utilizing production equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, cutters, folders, and trimmers; assists with packaging, mounting, grommeting banners, and delivery of printed materials; contributes to social media outreach by gathering content, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement; performs administrative and front-desk duties including greeting customers, answering phones and emails, managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting office organization; assists with planning, coordination, and execution of special events, including on-site photography and distribution of promotional materials; processes orders submitted to Studio99 or awards vendors; works closely with the Studio99 Manager and Marketing Director to support assigned projects, campaigns, and recurring operational tasks; may transport marketing materials or equipment between duty locations; may work evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of special events; and performs other related duties as assigned.
