Entry salary: $74,441 | Full performance (GS-13): up to $115,079

This job involves leading a team of engineers and technicians to collect, analyze, and evaluate data from operational tests for naval projects, while also managing personnel, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
It's a supervisory role in a government agency focused on engineering and data analysis for defense systems.
A good fit would be an experienced engineer or scientist with leadership skills and a background in test evaluation, who enjoys both technical work and team management.
You will serve as a MANAGER in the Operational Test Analysis and Assessments Branch of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer or scientist analyzing test and evaluation results for the development of an engineering project or program.
