Salary Info: GS 11: $85, 307 - $110, 905 GS 12: $102, 246 - $132, 923 GS 12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies and analyzing findings to develop and implement guidelines for measuring program operations, organizational efficiency, or employee development.
GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assessing management or program functions to recommend process improvements to program operations, organizational efficiency, or employee development.
