As an Management and Program Analyst, you will evaluate the effectiveness of Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) programs and operations and the productivity and efficiency of USCIS forms, informational materials, and intake systems.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/30/2026.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

You must have experience performing the following duties: Conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments, special studies, and detailed analyses of complex processes.

Works with IT components during development across impacted organizations to clarify business requirements, testing, and outcomes.

Identifies and implements opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.

Prepares briefings, presentations, and other communications to facilitate business requirements analysis and work sessions.

  • Responsible for individually and collaboratively planning and organizing the development, evaluation, and implementation of related policies and operational procedures with an agency-wide impact.
  • Participates in and leads special studies, task forces, and work groups aimed at recommending actions to achieve organizational objectives directly related to the creation and revision of internal-use and public-facing forms.
  • Performs thorough and detailed quality assurance reviews for consistency and compliance.
  • Provides coordination and communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Designs and administers planning and controls for submission of logistics related to form data and requests.
  • Designs and conducts a wide variety of broad and comprehensive qualitative and quantitative assessments and detailed analysis to provide presentations and briefings informing management on processes affecting the division.
