Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and improving military education programs for the Navy, focusing on making learning more effective for adult service members facing future challenges like geopolitics and technology.
You'll research issues, provide recommendations to leadership, and help plan strategies to enhance the overall naval education system.

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICE in The Office of the Chief Learning Officer of CHIEF LEARNING OFFICE NAVAL ED.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, and evaluating military educational programs to improve processes and achieve learning effectiveness; assessing a broad spectrum of geopolitical, technological, and learning issues related to preparing the military force for future challenges; developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve all aspects of learning and education for an adult workforce.
