Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Using Microsoft Office software to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint assist with data analytics, records management, data maintenance as well as correspondence and communication with peers in order to ensure that their responsible teams are performing effectively; Understanding of government and Navy policies to improve process efficiency in the day to day operations of branch administration and correspondence; Editing, modifying and combining Adobe Acrobat documents; Familiar with the Department of Defense Data Administration processes and programs; Conducting reviews and identifying areas of improvement using methods of researching and analysis of information to evaluate DoD and DON Data Administration; Using writing and briefing/presentation techniques to effectively present findings and recommendations for management use and public dissemination and conducting and participating in meetings and work groups effectively.
