You will serve as a Management Analyst within NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05/10 grade level or (NO-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Providing administrative services for the Division including personnel, budget, and procurement management; 2) Using directives management systems to gather, assemble and analyze data and propose recommendations; 3) Formulating, managing, tracking, and analyzing budgets; and 4) Performing studies and analyses of administrative policies and practices.
