  • You will supervise the work performed by Recurring Work Shop Employees of multiple trades. (e.g. pest control, plumbing, carpentry, painting, concrete/masonry, roofing, grounds maintenance, ).
  • You will have supervision of contracts and subcontracts.
  • You will schedule and oversee all facilities related to preventive maintenance and recurring maintenance work.
  • You will determine the number and type of workers needed to do a job. You will assign and direct work leaders and workers on job assignments; schedule and inspect all work performed by employees.
  • You will accomplish employee relation function at work level, such as trainings, grievances, disciplines, working conditions, sick and annual leave, incentive awards and performance ratings.
  • You will be responsible for multiple trades which include pest control, plumbing, carpentry, painting, concrete/masonry, roofing, and grounds maintenance.
