Job Description

Summary

This part-time maintenance specialist role involves keeping buildings, grounds, and equipment in good condition at a state vocational rehabilitation facility in Williamsburg, South Carolina.

  • Will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment.

Requirements

  • Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.

  • Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients.

Additional Information

Generally, SCVRD salary offers for new hires fall between the employment rate and the midpoint of the pay band. Therefore, this has been listed as the hiring range.
