This job involves hands-on maintenance work to keep buildings and grounds safe and functional at a youth secure treatment facility in Pennsylvania.
You'll handle repairs in areas like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting to support residents and staff.

In this position, you will perform work in several trades to provide the daily upkeep and long-term maintenance of the buildings and grounds.
Your work will involve utilizing skills in the carpentry, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, masonry and electrical trades as assigned.
You will repair and install doors and windows, repair roofs, maintain plumbing fixtures, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
Some of your duties will include painting, masonry work, and electrical maintenance. You can expect to operate power and hand tools to complete work tasks.
Additionally, you will drive vehicles to various facilities and local vendors for pick-up and delivery of parts, materials, and equipment.
