Requirements

In this position, you will handle the installation, modification, upkeep, and repair of the facility’s structural, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with related components, fixtures, and appliances across the entire complex.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout buildings and recreational areas, completing landscaping tasks, and assisting with snow removal.

You will carry out basic carpentry work such as assembling and repairing prefabricated picnic tables, signs, furniture, shelving, partitions, and storage bins.

This role also involves painting walls and gates, performing minor electrical, plumbing, and roofing repairs, and supporting skilled trades workers with more advanced projects.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
• Overtime: As needed
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
