Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves maintaining and fixing utility, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems in a medical school facility to keep everything running smoothly.
You'll troubleshoot problems, install new parts, and work with tools to repair equipment like HVAC units and piping.
It's a good fit for someone with hands-on experience in building maintenance who can work independently and follow instructions from blueprints or work orders.
You will serve as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Division Facilities, Office of the Assistant Vice President for Administration, F. Edward Herbert School of Medicine of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
