This job involves keeping the office clean, maintaining the grounds, handling minor repairs on buildings and equipment, managing supplies and vehicle maintenance, and training people with disabilities in janitorial and maintenance skills.
It's a hands-on role in a state agency focused on vocational rehabilitation.
A good fit would be someone with practical experience in building upkeep, basic repair skills, and the ability to supervise and teach others while following safety rules.
High School diploma and four years of experience in equipment, building, and grounds maintenance. Supervisory experience required. Good driving record required.
