Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves planning and managing logistics for naval equipment, including creating maintenance schedules, handling supply requests, and ensuring proper documentation for shipboard systems.
It supports the Navy's fleet by coordinating parts, reviews, and reports to keep maintenance running smoothly.

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Possess a working knowledge of maintenance planning in all aspects of logistics including: 1) Planned Maintenance System (PMS) development and the associated maintenance documentation, Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC),Technical Manuals and configuration management for components, systems or sub-systems; 2) Working knowledge of Navy Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) incremental products, Allowance Parts List (APL) and National Stock Numbers (NSN); 3) Working experience with requisitions and how to investigate problems such as stock number migration and source determination; 4)Experience generating requisitions and MILSTRIPS supporting a wide range of equipment, services and commodities using Navy ERP, eMALL, OneTouch and GPC to support procurement; 5) Working knowledge of configuration management and hierarchical structuring of components, systems and sub-systems working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Teams, Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
