About the Position: You will serve as the Logistics Management Specialist with the George C.
Marshall Center for Security Studies (GCMC), with the responsibility to manage, plan, coordinate, direct and provide support in all aspects of GCMC operations and programs.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes: 1) providing logistical program oversight to determine necessary actions needed to plan, establish or develop overall operational logistics criteria and proper use of resources; 2) utilizing an automated supply system such as, but not limited to Global Support System-Army (GCSS-A) to support acquisition plans and manage logistical assets effectively; AND 3) managing logistical support structures, transportation plans, and/or emergency/contingency plans to meet strategic goals and objectives.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-???????12).
