In this position, you will review and analyze filings of complex credit, accident and health, annuity and life insurance policies and related forms for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will involve collecting and analyzing information, approving forms that comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, and disapproving forms that do not comply.
This includes writing and sending official objection letters stating in detail the reasons for objection.
We will also rely on you to communicate with companies, consultants, and legal counsel through correspondence, telephone, and meetings to discuss and resolve these objections, filing issues, and other related matters.
A teamwork mindset is essential as you will also assist with training and cross training activities, the review of proposed changes to insurance laws and regulations, and the preparation of form review checklists to keep department work product efficient, effective, and consistent for the benefit of all insurance consumers in Pennsylvania.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
