The Department of Corrections is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative and management support to the Office of Chief Counsel.

In this position, you will support the management and day-to-day operations of the office, including the assignment, tracking, and oversight of litigation matters.
You will serve as the Disability Benefits Arbitration Docketing Coordinator, responsible for developing arbitration schedules; coordinating with involved parties to schedule cases; issuing notices; and reserving necessary rooms and equipment.
You will also provide litigation and general administrative support to the Chief Counsel and staff attorneys.
This role requires sound judgment and strong organizational skills to effectively maintain the disability benefits arbitration docket and coordinate scheduling with agency attorneys, arbitrators, court reporters, and other stakeholders.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
