We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Assistant 2 to join our team in the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
In this role, you will help us identify and assess violations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Apply today to utilize your clerical and investigative skills to help us enforce liquor laws!
In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing investigation reports and related documents.
Your work will involve reviewing and examining violation letters and related Incident and Administrative Investigation Reports for compliance with the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
You will manage an assigned caseload of complex and in-depth investigations, maintain an in-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations, and handle sensitive and confidential matters.
You can expect to prepare case summaries for presentation to the bureau director and legal team.
Additionally, you will review and evaluate involved legal documents to determine if the documents are contrary to the requirements of laws, regulations, and existing departmental policies.
