A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Six months of experience training new employees.
Six months of experience in support of recreational activities applying recreational skills to facilities and equipment.
Six months of experience leading or coordinating a team in a customer service recreation environment, ensuring adherence to safety, operational, and daily reporting procedures. Major Duties:
