This job is about leading a team at a military fitness center, helping people use gym equipment safely, resolving complaints, and organizing events like tournaments and classes to keep everyone active.
It's a hands-on role in a busy public facility where you'll guide patrons and ensure smooth operations.
A good fit would be someone with customer service experience who enjoys working with people, leading a small team, and planning fun group activities.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, which involved dealing with general public.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess Lead and/or Supervisor experience AND at least six (6) months work experience OR Possess at least six (6) months work experience AND three (3) months customer service experience.
